Vehicle Requirements
- MOT, Tax, and Insurance: All vehicles using our meet and greet service must have valid MOT, tax, and insurance. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that these requirements are met.
- Mileage Range: Please note all vehicles will have upto 30 miles on the clock as our long stay secure compound is 13 miles away
Electric Vehicles
- Sufficient Charge: Electric vehicles must have a sufficient charge upon drop-off. This is to ensure that the vehicle can be moved if necessary within our compound.
- Non-Starting Electric Vehicles: If an electric vehicle fails to start, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for recovery. Our staff are not permitted to attempt to start or troubleshoot electric vehicles.
Breakdown and Recovery
- Customer Responsibility: In the event of a vehicle breakdown, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for recovery. Your Meet and Greet Service does not provide recovery services and will not be held liable for any breakdowns.
- Electric Vehicle Recovery: As stated, if an electric vehicle fails to start or breaks down, the customer is fully responsible for arranging recovery.
Secure Compound
- Location: Our secure compound is located at Harewell Wood Barn. All vehicles will be stored here while using our services.
Payments
- Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payment processing and do not take payments directly on our site. Customers will be redirected to Stripe for payments.

Liability
- Vehicle Condition: Your Meet and Greet Service is not responsible for any pre-existing damages to the vehicles or for any mechanical or electrical failures that occur while the vehicle is in our care.
- Insurance Coverage: Customers should ensure their vehicle insurance covers any potential issues that may arise during the use of our service.
